Help Required removing "White Leather Ball Gag (Ball) (Harness)"

 

So, I basically just want to know how to remove it from my inventory or just get rid of it. So far all my attempts have not worked. I have tried struggling out of it, which it now is too stuck on, so it won't work. I have tried the other options as well, but they seem to not be having any affect either. Finally getting annoyed at it, I tried removing the item from my inventory using console for removing my entire inventory and trying to remove is specifically. Then, I found out about they key to unlock it, but even once I made every key and tried, the ball gag remained on. 

 

Additionally I am having other problems, which may be contributing to my original problem. Basically all dialogue revolving around Deviously Cursed loot and similar mods is just broken. When I click the text option, the npc simply stares at me. To be honest I don't care for this problem because the ball gag is frustrating enough.
