It's for Patreons only at the moment, but it will be available for free the 5th of August if you don't mind waiting a bit.

 

 

 

There is plenty of CC covering what you're looking for, but I'm not aware of downloadable Sims fitting your description.

I'm actually wondering how to download already made sims. I downloaded a couple of them off this site but I'm not sure how to make them show up in my game.

When downloading a Sims :
 

     - You need to place the mods in the "mods" folder.

     - You need to place the "tray" files in the "tray" folder. (Tray files are starting with '0x00' or something like that.)

Once this is done, In-Game go into your library, check the include custom content box, and there it is!
