[Request] Follower Panel Mod

Hi, I'm looking for a deleted mod from that N site. It is called "Follower panel" which shows your follower's HP, MP and Stamina. If there is a better alternative as well I would like to know. 

 

Currently I use another follower frame work and I don't want to use EFF.

I personally have the LE version. I would happily share it with you, but I'm not sure what the rules are on sharing mods here. Am I allowed to just post it here?

Also, I don't have the SSE version if that's what you're after, but this mod is likely easy to port over.
