outfit studio woes

so im trying to do one of 2 things with os.

 

1. use newmiller nipple piercings and erase the jewels.

 

2. use ahi rings.

 

i want simple hoops, and I would prefer the ahi stuff but either is fine, heres whats happening,

 

for the newmiller stuff, i open it up and delete the extra parts (vertices) for 0 and 1. save nif, and its gone in game. looks fine in outfit studio. and of course i rebuild them to bring them back and try again.
 

for the ahi stuff, its misaligned. i try to move them, and save, and i have no in game edits.
