Laser23 Posted July 8, 2020 Author Posted July 8, 2020 I did some more testing and found out: Any edible/consumable items will trigger the effect on use Staff charging and releasing trigger the effect separately Concentration staffs trigger the effect rapidly and instantly Only Hitting melee attacks trigger the effect Archery does not trigger the effect Non-Staff magic does not trigger the effect Papyrus Logs are Below Papyrus.0.log Papyrus.1.log Papyrus.2.log Papyrus.3.log
