Advice Needed: Must Have Mods

So depressed right now... had to nuke my Sims 4 Data and Mods... something broke I tried to fix it for hours but it kept repeating the error or resetting my mods etc in vortex, I tried creating new sims 4 folder and passing the mods but when vortex starts asks me to reset or delete messing the fixes I made etc...

 

ANYWAY!!!

 

Since I am starting from 0, I am downloading wicked whims again and I would love to have your advice on "must have" mods like default body replacer etc.

 

I am mostly looking for the best body and feet you can recommend and other favorite mods. i was using Hiroki Body and Necrodog Feet. Are they still some of the best or is there a better newer version. Please recommend body type that can apply most mods. I know Eve looks amazing but do not have as many clothing options etc.

 

Also the best mods for moles, tattoo nails, and body details that might be hard to find.
