Playing a female with penis, anyway to remove her vagina?

I'd like to play a female character with a penis but the vagina on the model kinda ruins some animations\poses. Anyway to remove, or at least shrink, the vagina on the model?

 

I'm using SOS- Addon - Futanari CBBE SSE btw
