Cursed Loot Combat Surrender Issue

Hello,

 

I am getting an issue with the combat surrender. For male npcs the combat surrender occurs like it should.

 

For female npcs, the rape scene animation will not occur. 

 

I have attached both papyrus logs for a male npc and female npc. Papyrus.0.log

I am not sure why the witch is classified as a friendly actor which negates the rest of the scene. This also happens with female bandits, etc. I have tried several other female npcs where this same issue occurs. 

 

Any help will be appreciated.

 

I used to not have this issue with cursed loot, but I recently re downloaded this mod to play again.
