how to create a new slider for CBBE body (not a new outfit slider)

i want to create a new slider for the CBBE special body ("breast armpit in" slider) so i can use the slider for a cbbe preset that i will make. this slider will only be for the naked body and i want to apply that body to a follower (it is such a small change that outfits wont need to be edited)

 

is there a tutorial for this? and/or how would i go about doing this?
