Can someone tell me if this is possible? Walk/Fastwalk/Jog/Run?

I was wondering if there was any way to make it so a mouse/keyboard user can utilize all four base speeds the way someone with a controller can using the thumbstick controls? I'd be happy for a toggle or something, say that swtiches between walk/fastwalk in walk mode and jog/run in run mode?


 


I'd like it a million times more than having to make everyone move the same speeds like some other mods do. It's the major (only, imo) advantage that gamepad controls have over mouse/keyboard. I love how smooth the transition between speeds is with the thumbstick. Any ideas?
