Anyone knows what is the Mod name of the pigtails hairstyle?

I saw this thread and didn't know the answer to your question at first.

 

Then by complete chance I stumbled upon these wigs. For some reason the creator's images don't show it, but some of the user uploaded images do, so I'm PRETTY sure that hairstyle is in this pack as an equipable wig.

 

Not sure if it makes them straight up hairstyles, but I know there's a way to convert wigs to actual hairstyles, as someone did that with the Marie Rose wig, which is what I thought this hair was at first.

 

Edit: Probably should've double checked before posting, but I loaded it up in-game and can confirm it's in here, it's called "smp_tiantian" in-game, and has both a black and blonde verson.
