Rift Texture Bug - Can't get source problem

So here's a problem:  I'm using DYNDOLOD, Texgen, some large texture overhauls and having a problem with some texture, but specifically only in the Rift area forest and Ivarstead area.  You get a muddy dirt texture with no detail, and a bad base grass texture with no detail and shadows don't play properly (it'll be pitch black until you get nearby it, then it'll start to fade lighter).

 

Has anyone seen this, and know which textures I need to regenerate or replace?  The entirety of the rest of Skyrim including the Reach is perfectly fine.  It's literally only in Riften's forest area and Ivarstead that this occurs.

That works perfectly. I didn't even have to redo the Dyndolod stuff after this.
