Enable entering lots mod request

If anyone could help lemme know, the thing is about active detective career- when my sim go to patrol, he is sended next to some lot, often residential. It annoys me he cannot go inside while it's almost always something going on like baby not being fed or other thing going on inside he cannot attend plus any non residential lot like bar or other is non active while he is there ugh anyone could do something about it? if so pls tag me
