pregnant belly vanishes during animations

Okay, it's been a while since I messed around with modding skyrim, and naturally I can't remember what I did to get this working right last time.  During milking station animations and sex animations, both my character and the NPCs revert back to the normal CBBE body instead of having the current pregnancy state carry over.  I've reinstalled pretty much everything, checked my settings in MCM for Beeing Female, Milk Mod Economy, Fill Her Up, etc., basically any mod that manipulated the pregnancy belly slider, all to no avail.  I know this is most likely something ridiculously simple that I just can't remember how to fix, but I'm honestly stumped.  I try not to bug folks here for help if possible, but I could use a hand this time.
