Is there a mod that disables roommates moving out from their needs not being met?

I've made sure that my lot has everything a sim could possibly need to live a long and happy life, yet some roommates still feel like their needs aren't being met, resulting in them moving out.

 

I'd like it so that they no longer have a choice, please.
