Is there any way to copy an alien's appearance over to a human?

It really annoys me when I see fairly average-looking human woman in the town, and then when I open up CAS, I found out that she's an alien, and the alien version is way hotter (and still basically looks like a human except for the pointy ears). Unless it's a special night at the bar, it seems like aliens spend most of their time in disguise, so I'd rather the alien appearance just be how they look in human form. But after extensive Googling, I can't figure out any way to do that. I tried Copy/Paste Sim Face with MCCC, but that only transfers a small fraction of their appearance. It doesn't do hair, eye color, cheekbone textures, etc (and I guess clothes are just too damn much to ask). The most promising option I could find was this, but it requires the Vampires expansion. I don't have that, and since aliens don't really seem to do anything except annoy me with problems like this, I'm not really interested in adding another occult type. Does anyone know any clever ways to make the human form of a character look like the alien?

If you have testing cheats enabled you can use the code "cas.fulleditmode" to completely costumize any sim you want when you Shift + click on any sim during play and enter cas mode, and yes including traits and cult

But that doesn't help me lift the physical appearance of the alien form and apply it to the human form, unless you're talking about just changing each separate feature manually.

Something quite similar happens to me a few months ago. But, in my case I end up giving a very hot human appereance to an Alien so, later I was wondering how I can copy that into a human because I don't like Aliens (sorry).

 

After a lot of reserch I've founded that I can clone the alien an then use a cheat option of the MCC Commander available at the mailbox to change a alien into a human... and voila.... I finally make my alien into human..

 

Maybe it could help... I don't know.

I tried the Humanize All Aliens option, and it just removes the alien form completely and leaves them with the human features they already had. It doesn't apply the alien features to the human form.
