let's say we are go by a horse and press E so the character mounts on the horse and when we press the W the horse moves forward how this works? how the game mounts the player on the horse when we press a certain key? and how the game places the character on a certain place of the horse (like his head ,back etc..)when a certain key is pressed? and how the game glues the character to the horse when the character is mounted on the horse? and what makes the character glue to the horse and horse moves with the character when a certain key is pressed?

and how does the all animations associated with the horse trig when the press certain keys? what makes a certain animation is activated ? and how makes a certain animation activates when press a certain key?

I want to make a custom creature like a giant spider or another creature but I want to change the place where the character mounts how I am gonna do this? and I also want to change the animations. I know how to make animations and import them so please don't waste your time to teach me how to do that all I want to know the things I have mentioned above,.

The horse skeleton has a saddle bone, that's how the game knows where to place the player.

You should look for mods that add different types of mounts to the game, and look at its insides to so how it works.

Thanks for the two messages. I think that could be the place. game places the player on the saddle bone and the mounting animation is trigged and the player is moved to up and then placed on the saddle, I saw on 3ds max there is also an animation attached to the saddle bone and it sinks a bit down . so it might be then predefined. hmm so if it's correct then saddle bone can be used for on any creature to place the player. Interesting.

That's pretty much it.

There is a mount mod for Oblivion, it may be a good thing to look at for this. Skyrim uses the same mounting system so it's a good place to start.

Can anyone help me again?

I just followed this tutorial

http://www.creationkit.com/Creating_a_Stable#Section_B:_Using_a_Custom_Horse

but when I tried to add the Horse into the Creation Kit's rendering window it just shows a BIG white exclamation mark, I thought the texture paths are wrong but they are properly set and I double checked even with NifSckope. but I found something like this. if I use a default model in the Creation Kit to the Armor window's model area then the horse is visible when add to the rendering window but when a custom texture with mesh are added in ArmorAddon and then use the Armor to add the Addon it doesn't work. it means the Horse is not shown in the game.

You normally see exclamation mark when there is something unexpected in the nif.

So checking that everything in the nif is in order, is a good place to start.

I didn't change anything in the NIF. all I did change the texture path because I just wanted to test out the tutorial and see how it works before going to the actual importing.

I think then there is something wrong the NIfSckope. but then again how come it worked for people who made the tutorial in the Creation Kit's site?

It works but skeleton now has to be adjusted to fit into the creature's body. it's a bit tough work because importing the meshes to the 3ds max can ruin your entire model.

O.O gosh this seems has no end. so many questions. when one is finished another question pops up I don't understand why it's so hard to make a good mod for this game. beside there is no proper tutorial on anywhere. most of tutorials are either outdated or not properly explained how to do certain things.

well if you familliar with rigging or even animating then adjusting skeleton into creature body wont be to difficult but more like a tedious work. And why would it ruin your model if you just importing new meshes ?

difficult or not its relative matter and very depending of what kind of modding that you want to do...the important things is that you've tried to created it your own instead asking someone to do it for you...

have to agreed with you about proper tutorial, but of course we both know finding perfect tutorial that really related to what you want to do is not easy ....so it would better if you can explained more about your project, well what do you know, if someone here can give more input.
