Autonomy for just played/active sims?

Hello! Are there settings to disable autonomy for just NPCs, not the currently active sims?

hi, you can shift+click npc's and pick cancel for autonomy sex or something like that (sry i use spanish version)

then this npc never gonna do anything autonomous, hope this help u
