Bug with the Dragonborn Quest: At the Summit of Apocypha

Hi guys not sure whats going on with my Skyrim as of late but today I launched it up (its LE edition not SE) and loaded up one of my old characters Fath.

Everything seemed fine until i got to the bit in the quest where you learn the last word of the "Bend will" shout from the word wall in Apocrypha.

The cell/level hasn't loaded in and im unsure what could be causing the problem.

 

Not sure what could be causing the problem. Though i haven't tried it on a new/other character as i have none close to completing the Dragonborn DLC yet

 

I do run with an ENB but i've turned it off for these screen-shots otherwise it would be too dark!

And im using MO2 for Modding.

Any help would be appreciated Though going back to a previous save point seems to cause the same thing! so i dont know what i can do other than removing all the mods then re-enabling them one by one untill i fix this stupid problem lol.

 

The rest of the game plays fine no Game breaking bugs like this.

Just an update i managed to fix my problem. I just had to Verify my game files in steam. It found 6 files that couldn't be evaluated and had to be re-downloaded.
