Weird visual effect after combat

Hello everyone, hope you're all fine and safe.

 

I'm asking for help here with something that randomly occurs in my gameplay, and i sincerely do not have a clue what can cause this.

 

Issue: I'm in combat, then suddenly when i notice, there is a weird visual effect (looks like the same effect from the hot gas that explodes in game, but it keeps cyrcling around the screen).

Happens both in 1st and 3rd person. Happens also in a new game.

 

 

Quick video to show it, you can easily notice something moving in a circle around the screen, especially in the end where you can see the gunners skull:

 

 

 

 

Info: I first noticed this bug after installing Magno Cum Gaudion and CSA Surrender. Not saying they are culprits, but i started thinking that this could be related to sex mods, because i would be in combat, get low life, surrender and then the visual effect would appear.
Later, i also randomly got the visual effect after leaving combat. I don't remember this ever happening while at full life, only low life and usually with other effects going on, like thirsty, addictions and etc.

Most times i just reload, fight again and go on, but i already tried sleeping, changing cells, changing weather and even some commands to dispell the character, altough i'm not 100% sure i tested the right ones, since info on this is a bit difficult to find.

I also opened my character with Better Console, went through all active effects and tried to remove some of them that i was unsure what they were, but no luck there.

 

I appreciate any help and insight about what i can do about it.

I'm thinking about Image Space Adapters, like a low life effect from a mod (NAC i'm looking at you), but can't reach any conclusion. All special hit, radiation and etc effects from NAC are disabled in the holotape.
