Any mods/guide to totally change Skyrim world? Npc-npc violence

I want to revisit skyrim obviously deviously but i get bored so easily by the repeating content. 
i want to focus on the more crazy and wierd mods, dark stuff like namiras Goat etc and i wonder how to make skyrim really dark, unexpected, refreshing, brutal and misogyn.

the main wish i still have is see rape/bdsm interaction between npcs without me setting it up.
 

also i would like a world, landscape, orientation change, in order to make the game really new and unexpected.
