Companion walks like she´s tied up while she isn´t

Hey Guys,

 

my follower walks like she´s tied up. But she isn´t. She doesn´t have any items in her inventory. When I open her Inventory an tranfer shackles oder any dd item to her, equip and unequip it she walks normally. But when I change the cell for the next time or just fast travel evreything is like it was before. Even uninstalling my mods doesn´t work. 

 

Had anyone the same problem and/or knows as solution to this?
