Cover Yourself for Skyrim?

 I was wondering if there was any interest in creating/porting the "Cover Yourself" mod from Oblivion?

 It made the guards react if you are running around naked. Adds strongly to immersion when you're using sex mods and such. I've been trying to slap it together myself, but I'm a scripting noob and I'm coming up against a lack of time/patience/intelligence.

NPCs already react to a nude character. I don't see it being that difficult to add a short script that adds X bounty to the player for the speaker's faction when the line is spoken.. I could try rolling something like this into Rough Times, but I'm having issues finding the time to do anything modding related right now.
