Racemenu at the start of game question

Playing Skyrim LE with a controller but can still use keyboard sometimes.  At the start when creating your character, the default is "Sliders".  At the top of the screen on the right side side is

four tabs, "sliders", "presets", "camera", and "sculpt". I have tried every way possible to click on the "presets" tab without any luck.  No matter what button I push on my controller or what

key I press on the keyboard, I cannot move from the "sliders" tab to the "presets" tab.  How can I move over to this tab?  I am using xbox 1 controller.  Thanks
