Looking for someone to fix a mod for me

I have a mod that someone on the nexus graciously made for me for the Witcher 3. However, there are certain issue with the mod and the one who made hasn't been active in three years and I'm not likely to receive any aid from them. Which is why I turn to the people here. The issues are as follows: Swords do no damage, they aren't removed during the appropriate scenes, sometimes don't appear at all, and occasionally disappear after a fight. I sincerely hope that someone is able to make a fix for this, as I have no means of doing it myself. Please and thank you.

Update: I am also willing to pay for services rendered. I cannot pay much, but I am willing to pay all the same.
