"Gay" mods/Naked npcs

Hi all! For first,my english is bad, but i hate to use translator, so hope you will understand me. I just bought Skyrim finally, installed SexLabs and everything works fine, but now I'm looking for some "gay" mods, that will make npcs around naked or something. I already installed M2M gay animations, but when I start masturbate, for example, my character have underwear and npcs too. In character creation (I use XPMSE3), my character is dressed too, so I cant see any body changes. 

I'm not looking for quest mods, I never played Skyrim, so I want enjoy official game just more gay

Body replacers.

Schlong of Skyrim for males, CBBE or UUNP for females.

Tried Schlong of Skyrim, but all genitals are invisible ? Also when I install XPMSE3, there are 4 option for character creation : Racemenu, Enhanced characted edit, MCM, None. Which I should choose?

Racemenu, if you have Racemenu.

ECE, if you have ECE.

MCM, none. (vanilla character creation)
