WW_Installed_Animations.txt ?

What exactly is the function of the WW_Installed_Animations.txt file?

Does WW rely upon it / use it, or is it just an output of all installed animations?

I ask this because of the Tags entry and I wonder if I add tags myself will WW pickup on that ingame?
