Lock First Person Camera

When I go into first person mode by tab + shift, the camera follows the sims head. Is there a mod which allows me to lock the camera in place?  Say my Sim is looking at the TV and his head turns to the left, is there anyway to have the camera locked at the TV instead of following his head?
