Random animation playing mid game!

I’m experiencing a bug where the player completely random gets in a X-Pose, like on a crux but without any models. It lasts 3-5 seconds. After that time I can control the player for a few seconds and after that the character goes back in the X Pose. I’m not sure if this is a AAF problem but it accured after I installed "Just Business". Anyway, after deinstalling JB and a new game this still occurs after a while.

 

I'm quite new to FO modding so probably my load order is just messed up or I got some incompatible mods together.

 

Hope you guys got any ideas.
