Infinite freeze every thirty or so minutes

My skyrim game would freeze randomly or at  loading screens after thirty or more minutes of gameplay. This is on a new save with no mods removed or mods installed after the fact. I'm not sure if its ram related because my RAM usage would go from around 3.5gb to 9gb after a while into the game. I cleaned the mods with SSEedit and such already.

This is a papyrus log and at the end was where it freezed at a loading screen infinitely. Nothing is said before it even freezes so I have no clue what mod could be causing this if anything.

I am on a 980 ti with an i7 5820k. The game is running on an m.2 ssd.
