I'll get straight to the point, some Enemy characters particularly bandits, forsworn, vampires, and dragons seem to ignore me, they'll attack other NPCs like guards but they'll ignore me and if I do hit them they'll go into combat but then go back out again then completely refill their health, eventually if I hit them enough they'll go into combat like normal but their allies will still ignore me, animals still act normal though. I've mistaken this issue for just a one off glitch for a a pretty long while so I'm hoping don't have to go back to an earlier save or worse start a new game but this bug is really starting to get annoying. does anyone have any suggestions?
