Sexout Tryout Quest Walk of Shame

I played a good playthrough with a bunch of mods and it worked fine. Now I am trying to play an evil playthrough with allying myself with the Powder Gangers. You are supposed to be able to get sunny as a companion and take her to NCRCF for a quest but she just stands there with no way to make her my companion. How do I fix it?

I fixed the initial problem but now I took Sunny to the NCRCF and was told to sleep with the guys outside. I did that but there is no progression. How do I proceed? My mods are
