How to make service NPCs wear their regular outfits, instead of the job outfit?

For example, I want to set one of my sims from another household as my maid, but everytime she comes in, she's wearing the regular maid outfit. I want her to be wearing her everyday clothing instead. Same thing for any other NPC (vendor, repairman, etc). Can this be done?

Thanks. These mods seems to exist, but sadly it seems that I need a lot of mods, 1 for each profession.
