Prisoner bed problem

I have a prisoner that was just fine sleeping in a bed with another prisoner, but when I moved her to her own cell with the "Luxurious double bed" now she won't sleep anywhere but the floor and complains about it.

 

Also, is there a way to replace parts such as penises and anuses without removing the old ones first? My colonists are getting pissed that I'm removing their junk even when I replace it with better stuff

About prisoners.

Try to disable and re-enable "mark for prisoners flag on the beds (both).

Its pretty easy to change your colonists penis. Just add the new one (check the operation description where will be note about replacing).
