Request: Create Light Enchantment

Skyrim needs a Create Light Enchantment, that can be put onto equipment/jewelry using the enchantment system. Being allowed to put the Candlelight enchantment onto equipment would be perfect. Compatible with Skyrim SE.

But this is buggy and amateur. The rings cant be disenchanted. And it's not what I'm asking for. I want the enchantment, to put onto equipment, not the equipment.
