Glowing One

Has anyone thought about working on a glowing one texture for the different body replacers out there? I'm not really good enough with textures to really know how to do it. I'm sure I could probably muck one together. I'd really like a more professional artist to attempt it though.

Well since no one deems this important enough to reply I have decided to attempt this myself. If anyone wants to help or would like a copy let me know.

What are you asking ? , how to make a pc/npc character glow like the ghouls ?

If anyone has or would be willing to work on a texture for exnem/type bodies that has the coloration and glow of a glowing one.

I am not sure but I think that is an effect , I can't try it myself since I don't have fallout 3 installed but check just to make sure .

No worries, I'll try and figure it out. Might take a while, but I'm in no big hurry.
