I'm no modder but even I know a legit cuminflation mechanic would be hard to implement. But still, even if it was just a detail of certain animations and went away when the animation was done playing, it'd be hot. Maybe it could be achieved through the animation using bone scaling? That could also possibly be used to make hyper growth animations too

thought the same thing. people made a penis bone. so people should be able to make a bone section for the stomach or rather lower torso area. if that were possible. You could probably also do the hentai stomach deformation thing. But oh well. As it hasn't been done already... it probably can't be done.
