I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but a sim asked her boyfriend about his health and he said he was clean. They had sex and she got crabs from him. Is this a bug or do sims intentionally lie about their health? Do all sims lie or just some? I've had another sim in a different save lie about having an std as well.
