Skyrim Script Extender wont load

so after i try to uninstalled some mods that i yesterday installed cause skyrim wont start so i was thinking a mod cause the problem

that i can say today its not a mod anymore cause i deinstalled all i think it was 10 mods i think more a mod screw up something idk i share you the skse log:

I'm having a similar issue... Can't load any of my old saves but can start a new game and load that one just fine. No idea what's happened.
