justforcensor Posted May 6, 2020 Posted May 6, 2020 Ok, I've tryed to make mod by myself, I got some blender 2.79 skills, but the best thing I managed to import in game so far is pinky or invisible (because textures or material doesnt work properly) jacket and most of the time game just crashes when I try to apply it. So if you have some mod idea I can provide .obj mesh on your order, everithing else is up to you.

If nothing else it loads oh so much faster than fo4, and if it looks okay there, you're at least part of the way there, given it looks for assets where FO4 expects them to be. Pink textures sound like it isn't finding your texture file. If your texture is in data/textures/mynewarmor/whatever.dds, you need to supply mynewarmor/whatever.dds as the texture path. Use Outfit Studio to save a .nif file once it looks okay, use FO4Edit, grab a vanilla armor/clothing (ARMO) record, then find the associated ARMA record; copy it into a new .esp, and change it to use your .nif instead. That should get the .nif into the game.
