SpacePrincess Posted May 6, 2020 Posted May 6, 2020 (I accidentally posted this in Technical Support so I deleted that and reposted here)  In the Attractiveness Settings under Skin Color Archetype, each Archetype like Caucasian or Latin has information on the percentage of Sims that have it and percentage of Sims that like it.  Except for Middle Eastern and North American, there is no information given for them. Does that mean that those Archetypes do not exist in the game? And if so, how do I get them? (Like are they in an official DLC or are there mods for those archetypes available?)  I have some very well made downloaded Sims from LeonKing786 of Middle Easterners but im not sure what category the game is putting them in. Â

So you could put one of those characters in the game, set them as the template for another character's attractiveness, and then see which Skin Color Archetype that character is attracted to now.

So they’re just defaulting to Caucasian or Southern Asian.  Are there any skin mods for Middle Easterners or North Americans (Native Americans)?  Seems odd to have these categories if there isn’t any in the game.
SlickWillyLongstroke Posted May 10, 2020 Posted May 10, 2020 As far as I know, skin color archetypes in the attractiveness system are either broken or don't recognize custom skin colors not part of the base game. I've had a lot of problems with that as well. Seems like a feature that needs some work.
SanjouMaki Posted May 11, 2020 Posted May 11, 2020 I like the idea of the system, but in action it needs work. I'm not always sure what skin color archetype matches which base game color, or what the parameters for weight/bust/butt/thigh size are. Ex. at what point do small breasts get classified as medium breasts? I made simselves of myself and girlfriend and when I load us up, she always thinks I'm stunning and I always think she's unattractive. Even when I set my simself's preferences to fit my girlfriend's, it never seems to work. The attraction system definitely needs work.
