Help with custom sprites

Hello, Im a relatitively newer member of the site(well if 3 years of not posting ever is considered new), But I am in some need of help.

 

I've been editing some Sprites to add to the game for sexbound (for personal use, i dont intend to share the support unless the original mod creator gives me a thumbs up), and I've come across a wierd thing. i've got all the sprite work done, nothing looks out of place, but when i go to check in game the sprite is covered with a white square, the only visible portions of the sprite being the front arms.

 

now I am not an expert with sprite working (infact this is my first attempt ever) and have no idea what went wrong (i suspect the mask files might be wrong). if you think you know what is wrong please let me know, or if you'd like to see the files i made in order to try and figure it out yourself, I could prob PM you them for a lookover

oh, i figured it out- i forgot yo make the background transparent on the arms.....
