What mod allows Devious Devices to be seen under clothing?

I found 

but the mod seems to be more like an AIO mod with multiple features than anything. I'm looking for a mod which only adds the "viewable under armor" part. Does anyone know of any mods which do this? Thanks! 

 

Unrelated: is there a way to enable seeing helmets in first person? I'm not too familiar with Skyrim settings - I know IFPV is an option but I'm wondering whether there is anything I can tweak in Enhanced Camera settings or just vanilla skyrim. Thanks.

In Devious Devices MCM there is an option to "Unhide" the devices under clothings/hair.
