HattoWW Posted May 4, 2020 Posted May 4, 2020 WIP Preset Spoiler WIP Preset 0.1 Game default DOAXVV has nice graphics and the mods are really very good but unfortunately all the girls look like toys with the games original colors. I have been working on this preset for almost 2 weeks to fine tuning and improving the realistic color tones, i hope you enjoy it as i do . This preset is also works very good with DOA6, you can try it with DOA6 too. (PS: If you use and make changes to improve this preset, pls share your settings in this topic with screenshots.) RomeoZero Posted May 4, 2020 Posted May 4, 2020 It suggest to remake it, original screens look way better.Try to tweak only gamma\tonemap\contrast and sharpness. After that you might work just a little bit on tint\white and black lvls. If the shader supports LUT - even batter Like this Spoiler

Either games orjinal colors and your screenshots seems too yellowish and not natural. Maybe this is all about that we have different tastes . Spoiler
HattoWW Posted May 4, 2020 Author Posted May 4, 2020 @APsychedelic ; Sorry i couldnt understand what you mean. Are you asking about the shader menu of reshade tool? If so, you should first install reshade tool to use this preset.
tk2004 Posted May 4, 2020 Posted May 4, 2020 @APsychedelic @HattoWW Install the Reshade, and Press "Home" key. Then the overlay will be visible.

Reveal hidden contents perhaps something with the display you're using? the original doesn't look yellow-ish to me, at least not more than it should but your screenshots look very blue though.

You are right, thats an intresting point , I'm using a LG 3dtv as monitor and checked my settings but everything seems ok. Maybe your monitor settings are set as cold colors or maybe my 3dtv is not showing color tones as it should be, i really dont know. Anyway, this preset is not only changing the colors to cold tones, it also effects shadows, contrast, sharpness and other things to make the skins and backgrounds look like more realistic (at least i think it does ). If someone has a similar problem : You can adjust the cold tones only with decreasing tint setting, or just remove tint shader if cold tones are too much for you.
HattoWW Posted May 4, 2020 Author Posted May 4, 2020 @Octavia For a better comparison i added original (Reshade Off), my preset (Default) and my preset (Without Tint) screenshots. Spoiler Original-Reshade Off My Preset (Default) My Preset (Without Tint)
hajimemashit Posted June 7, 2020 Posted June 7, 2020 How do you use Reshade? I can see lots of configuration files but not sure if this is a mod, gpu setting or third party tool like reshade.me?

First you should install reshade from reshade.me website then you can use the user presets which were shared in this forum or you can set your own preset.
deadcity Posted June 11, 2020 Posted June 11, 2020 thanks, but I don't use reshade with previous my 3d-fix mods. Concretely, when I try to change suit to loverslab mods, character's body is shadowed by previous mod. Why this happen? Who knows how to control 3d-fix and reshade compatible?
