weird wicked whim related question

So i am not sure where else to post this, as it isnt a support question, it is just something I am unsure about. I have noticed that my sims hunger, bladder and sometimes their energy actually goes up a little during and after sex, as i play with wicked whims... and i wondered if the hunger going up is to imply cum eating/swallowing? or just to make sure they dont die during the fun like possible in this game? 

I hope someone can help and know the answer to this...
