What mods for a thalmor slave/agent playthrough?

So, I found out that someone made a mod that introduces some (very, very basic) Thalmor-centric questing/roleplaying, and thought about trying to re-install skyrim again.

 

I've tried thalmor-centric playthroughs countless of times, and it's always been particularly unsatisfying, cludgy, and forced. 

 

Are there any mods out there that can improve this? If not thalmor related directly, than atleast something that expand on the intrigue or Thalos worshiping/hunting, and help roleplaying?
