Steal from another sim's personal inventory

Is there a mod that lets you steal stuff from another sims's personal inventory that is not part of your household? 

 

Or is there any way to transfer stuff between different sims inventories if they are not part of my household?

I've tried MCCC option for moving inventory stuff, but it doesn't work

If you're really desperate, you can always just add them to your household, get the inventory item, and then remove them from your household.
