update may 2020- download not working mac

hello! not sure if anyone else is running into the same issues as myself but I downloaded the WickedWhims apr 29 2020 update but my mods still won't show. its only one folder deep in the mods section but still no change. HELP PLEASE!!!

did u remove the old wickedwhims files from the folder? its best not to overwrite the old files but delete them altogether then copy the updated files into the folder

I play on a Mac with no problems, so I would start with making sure you're game is up to date, delete localthumbcache, enable script mods, the usual advice before blaming the mod for not working.
