Weird colour glitch - Screenshots inside

Hi Guys,

 

Could anyone help me narrow down what might be causing this below - I just noticed it there on a new play through standing beside a burning barrel if I moved my mouse slightly beside it the screen colours glitch:

 

Mod list below and I use the FO4 config tool to change pip boy to white.
