The boots especially look really beautiful, however I've searched around Skyrim Nexus (the original location of the image, but I've turned up nothing). If no one here can identify the armor, I'll continue looking relentlessly on the Nexus. Thanks in advance for your time!

It is actually came from this, Remodeled Armor for CBBEv3 Bodyslide and BBP Sorry about that. Yeah, it do take awhile for me to search it, but some of the mods are familiar to me, well mostly.
